• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
• 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
• Fresh lime juice (optional, for a zesty touch)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix melted butter, mayo (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, Cajun seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Line a baking tray with foil and lightly grease it.
4. Place corn halves on the tray and brush or spoon the sauce generously over each piece.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes until tender.
6. Uncover and broil for 3–5 minutes for a slightly roasted top (optional).
