LongHorn Steakhouse Parmesan Crusted Chicken (Copycat)

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Parmesan Crust

  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the chicken

  1. Pound chicken breasts slightly so they cook evenly
  2. Season both sides with:
    • Salt
    • Black pepper
    • Garlic powder
    • Paprika

Step 2: Cook the chicken

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
  2. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through
  3. Transfer to a baking dish

Step 3: Make the Parmesan crust

  1. In a bowl, mix:
    • Ranch dressing
    • Provolone cheese
    • Parmesan cheese
  2. In another bowl, mix:
    • Panko breadcrumbs
    • Melted butter
    • Garlic powder
    • Italian seasoning

Step 4: Assemble

  1. Spread the cheese mixture over each chicken breast
  2. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top

Step 5: Bake

  • Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 10–15 minutes
  • Broil for 1–2 minutes until golden and bubbly

Serve With

  • Mashed potatoes
  • Steamed broccoli
  • Rice
  • Garlic green beans
