🌿 What Is Papaya Sap?
Papaya sap (also called papaya latex) is the milky liquid that comes out of unripe green papaya.
It is rich in papain, a natural enzyme.
⚠️ Important safety note
- Can irritate skin → always wear gloves
- Not for pregnant women
- Not for drinking raw
- Use in small amounts only
🍽️ RECIPE 1: Natural Meat Tenderizer (Most Popular Use)
Ingredients
- A few drops of fresh papaya sap
- 1 kg (2 lb) meat
How to Use
- Pierce unripe papaya slightly and collect a few drops only
- Rub lightly on meat
- Let rest 5–10 minutes max
- Rinse meat well
- Cook normally
✅ Result: very tender meat
