🟢 Ingredients

  • 400 g (14 oz) chicken breast or ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tomato, grated or finely chopped
    (or ½ cup canned tomato)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin (optional but grandma-approved 😉)
  • Handful parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • Optional: green pepper or chili

🟢 Instructions (10 Minutes Total)

Minute 1–2

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
  • Add onion, sauté until soft

Minute 3

  • Add garlic, stir for 30 seconds

Minute 4–6

  • Add chicken (sliced thin) or ground beef
  • Cook until done

Minute 7

  • Add tomato
  • Add salt, pepper, paprika, cumin
  • Mix well

Minute 8–9

  • Let simmer until slightly saucy

Minute 10

  • Turn off heat
  • Sprinkle herbs
  • Serve immediately 😍
