🟢 Ingredients
- 400 g (14 oz) chicken breast or ground beef
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, grated or finely chopped
(or ½ cup canned tomato) - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cumin (optional but grandma-approved 😉)
- Handful parsley or cilantro, chopped
- Optional: green pepper or chili
🟢 Instructions (10 Minutes Total)
Minute 1–2
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
- Add onion, sauté until soft
Minute 3
- Add garlic, stir for 30 seconds
Minute 4–6
- Add chicken (sliced thin) or ground beef
- Cook until done
Minute 7
- Add tomato
- Add salt, pepper, paprika, cumin
- Mix well
Minute 8–9
- Let simmer until slightly saucy
Minute 10
- Turn off heat
- Sprinkle herbs
- Serve immediately 😍
