  • 1 tub (8 oz / 225 g) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 can (11 oz / 310 g) mandarin oranges, drained well

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin
    • In a large bowl, pour the boiling water over the orange gelatin.
    • Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Cool it down
    • Add the cold water and stir.
    • Let sit for about 5 minutes (do not let it fully set).
  3. Add pudding mix
    • Whisk in the dry vanilla pudding mix until smooth and slightly thickened.
