🥤 Iron-Boosting & Vision-Support Juice (Natural)
🥕 Ingredients (1–2 servings)
- 1 medium beetroot (raw, peeled & chopped)
- 1 medium carrot (chopped)
- 1 small apple (with peel, seeds removed)
- Juice of ½ lemon

🌀 How to prepare
