🛒 Ingredients
- 2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour

- 3 tbsp (42 g) vegetable shortening (cold)
- 4 tsp (18 g) butter-flavored Crisco (or butter, cold)
- 1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk (cold)
- Whole milk, for brushing

1️⃣ Prepare the oven
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Mix dry ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together:
- Flour

- Baking soda
3️⃣ Cut in the fats
- Add the cold shortening and butter-flavored Crisco.
