📝 Ingredients
- 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups rolled oats (blend into oat flour)
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Oven
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a loaf pan (8×4 or 9×5 inch) with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Make Oat Flour
- Add rolled oats to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until it becomes a fine flour texture.
3️⃣ Mix the Batter
- In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
- Stir in maple syrup (or honey).
- Add oat flour and baking soda.
- Mix until fully combined.
(Do not overmix — just until smooth.)
4️⃣ Bake
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 25–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
5️⃣ Cool
- Let cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
