Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese

1 (8 oz) tub of Philadelphia Whipped Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese

(or regular cream cheese that has been softened) is one of the ingredients for Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip.

One cup of shredded cooked chicken (canned or rotisserie chicken works well)

¼ cup Buffalo Wing Sauce from Frank’s RedHot

1 to 2 tablespoons of dry ranch seasoning (or to taste) Optional:

½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella to make it extra cheesy.

1. Mix the ingredients Combine the following in a bowl that can go in the microwave:

Chicken that’s been shredded Cheese cream Buffalo sauce Optional ranch seasoning Cheese that has been shredded

2. Heat the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds, stirring halfway through, until the food is hot and creamy.

(You could also heat it in a small skillet over medium heat for about five minutes.)

3. Change the taste Add more buffalo sauce to taste and change the heat level, or add more cream cheese to make it creamier.

4. Serve warm with:

Sticks of celery Slices of cucumber Strips of bell pepper Or pork rinds for the perfect keto crunch!
