🌺 Hibiscus & Clove Drink Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers (also called bissap / karkade)
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional but recommended)
- 3–4 cups water
- Honey or sugar (to taste)
- Optional: a slice of lemon or orange
Instructions:
- Boil the water in a pot.
- Add the hibiscus flowers, cloves, and cinnamon stick.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let it steep for another 5–10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid into a jar or pitcher.
- Add honey/sugar and stir well.
- Serve warm or chilled (it tastes great cold!).
How to Drink:
- Drink 1 glass per day, preferably in the morning or afternoon.

- Hibiscus may help support blood pressure, but it is not a cure for heart disease.
