Ingredients:


For the Beef Skewers:

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers
    For the Chimichurri Sauce:
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Instructions:

  • 1️⃣ Marinate the Beef:
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, hot sauce, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the beef cubes, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor.

  • In a small bowl, combine parsley, cilantro, garlic, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Thread the marinated beef cubes onto skewers, spacing them evenly.
