Instructions:
- Prepare the chicken wings:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Clean the chicken wings and pat them dry. Place them in a large mixing bowl. - Make the sauce:
In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, hot sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt until smooth. - Marinate the chicken:
Pour half of the sauce over the chicken wings. Mix well to coat evenly. Let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the fridge). - Prepare the tray:
Arrange the marinated chicken wings, boiled baby potatoes, corn chunks, and boiled eggs in a large baking tray.
Add the sliced sausages evenly across the tray. - Bake:
Drizzle the remaining sauce over the tray. Ensure everything is well coated.
Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly caramelized. - Serve:
Garnish with dried parsley for a touch of color.
Serve hot and enjoy!
