π Fried Fish Marinade π
Ingredients π

For a kilo of fish
– 6 cloves of garlic (minced) π§
– 1 crushed green pepper πΆοΈ
– 2 π₯ salt π§
– 1 π₯ cumin πΊ
– 1 π₯ paprika β±οΈ
– ΒΌ π₯ curry πΊ
– 1 π₯ fish spices β±οΈ
– Hot pepper (as desired) πΆοΈ
– 1 π₯ garlic powder π§
Preparation π
βͺοΈ Place all ingredients in an electric grinder, and mix together until completely homogeneous.
βͺοΈ Bring the washed and drained fish, make upper slits with a knife, put the marinade inside, and cover the fish with it.
βͺοΈ Leave the fish in the ingredients, and set aside for at least half an hour.
βͺοΈ Place the fish in flour, then fry in plenty of oil, until golden.
βͺοΈ Drain the fish from the oil, and serve with rice and green salad.
βͺ Season the fish flour with salt, cumin, chili, starch, and baking powder, it will become crunchy like restaurants.
