Ingredients

🍯 1 tbsp honey
🍶 2 tbsp soy sauce
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Broccoli:
🥦 2 cups broccoli florets
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
🧂 Salt & pepper, to taste
For the Bowl:
🍚 1 cup cooked white rice
🥒 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
🥑 1/2 avocado, mashed
🧂 Pinch of salt
Directions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add diced chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Stir in minced garlic, paprika, soy sauce, and honey.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the glaze to thicken and coat the chicken evenly.
Step 2: Roast the Broccoli
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.

In a serving bowl, add a base layer of cooked rice.
