Vanilla Cool Whip Pie

Ingredients:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
3.9 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
7 ounces marshmallow fluff
8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
9-inch premade graham cracker crust


Directions:

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, use a handheld electric mixer on medium-high speed to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth,

approximately 1 to 1½ minutes.


Add Pudding Mix:


Sprinkle the instant vanilla pudding mix into the bowl with the cream cheese. Continue mixing for another 30 seconds to 1 minute, ensuring the mixture is well combined and smooth.


Incorporate Marshmallow Fluff:


Add the marshmallow fluff to the bowl. Mix on medium speed until the fluff is fully incorporated into the cream cheese mixture.


Fold in Cool Whip:


Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the mixture using a spatula. Continue folding until the mixture is light, fluffy, and well combined.


Assemble the Pie:


Evenly spread the Cool Whip mixture into the premade graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.


Chill the Pie:


Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight, to allow the filling to set properly.


Serve:


Once chilled, slice the pie into 8 servings. Optionally, garnish each slice with a dollop of additional Cool Whip or fresh fruit before serving.
