8 oz. pasta (penne or fettuccine work best)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
Prepare the Chicken Coating: In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to ensure full coverage.
Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Fry chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Cook the Pasta: In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
