Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups – The Ultimate Cheesy Snac

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Once it’s browned and fully cooked, drain any excess fat and return to the heat.
  3. Add seasonings: Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cooked beef. Set aside to cool for a few minutes.
  4. Make the filling: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Once the beef has cooled a bit, add it to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Prepare the dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet. Separate the dough into 8 individual triangles.
  6. Assemble the rollups: Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle of dough. Carefully roll up the dough, starting at the wide end and rolling towards the point.
  7. Make garlic butter: In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter over the top of each rollup.
  8. Bake: Bake the rollups in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
