This Ground Beef Stroganoff Casserole is a comforting and hearty dish that combines savory beef, creamy sauce, and tender egg noodles. It’s perfect for a family dinner! Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup milk

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried dill

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

8 ounces egg noodles, cooked according to package directions

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Cook the Ground Beef:

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are softened, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Make the Sauce:

In the skillet with the cooked beef, stir in the condensed cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, Worcestershire sauce, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Combine with Noodles:

Add the cooked egg noodles to the beef mixture and stir until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.

Transfer to Baking Dish:

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Add Cheese:

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.

Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Serve:

Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy this comforting dish with a side salad or your favorite vegetables!
