Crockpot Hot Dog Chili
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef (use a lean cut like 90/10) π₯©

5 ounces tomato sauce π
Β½ cup ketchup πΆ
1 tablespoon yellow mustard π
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce π·
2 teaspoons chili powder πΆοΈ
Β½ teaspoon salt π§
Β½ teaspoon black pepper π§βπ³
Β½ teaspoon sugar π¬
Β½ teaspoon onion powder (or minced onion) π§
Instructions:
Brown the Beef:
In a medium skillet over medium heat, combine ground beef and water. π₯©π§
Break up the ground beef constantly as it cooks, aiming for a fine texture.
Drain off any remaining water/grease. π₯
Combine Ingredients:
Transfer the cooked beef to your slow cooker.
Add tomato sauce, ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, black pepper, sugar, and onion powder. Stir well to combine. π
