LongHorn Steakhouse Parmesan Crusted Chicken (Copycat)
Ingredients
Chicken
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Parmesan Crust
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the chicken
- Pound chicken breasts slightly so they cook evenly
- Season both sides with:
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
Step 2: Cook the chicken
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
- Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through
- Transfer to a baking dish
Step 3: Make the Parmesan crust
- In a bowl, mix:
- Ranch dressing
- Provolone cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- In another bowl, mix:
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Melted butter
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
Step 4: Assemble
- Spread the cheese mixture over each chicken breast
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top
Step 5: Bake
- Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 10–15 minutes
- Broil for 1–2 minutes until golden and bubbly
Serve With
- Mashed potatoes
- Steamed broccoli
- Rice
- Garlic green beans
