π Bread in 10 Minutes (No Oven, No Yeast)
This is a soft, fluffy pan bread you can make anytime!
π§Ύ Ingredients
For the Bread:
- 4 cups (480 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (220 g) plain yogurt
- 1 cup (200 ml) water (warm, not hot)
- 1 packet (10 g) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon (8 g) salt
- 1 tablespoon (10 ml) vegetable oil

- In a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the yogurt, water, and vegetable oil.
- Mix with a spoon, then knead by hand for 3β4 minutes until soft and smooth.
- If sticky, add a little flour.
- If dry, add a spoon of water.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
π³ Cooking (No Oven)
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Roll each ball into a flat circle (like flatbread).
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat (no oil or very little).
- Cook each bread 2β3 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
- Flip and cook the other side.
