🧀 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

🥓 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

🌶️ 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped

🧅 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

🍅 1/4 cup tomato, diced

🌿 Salt and pepper to taste

🥄 Optional toppings: salsa, avocado, chives

Directions:—–

1. 🥚 Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

2. 🥛 In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
