🥛 Sugar-Free Condensed Milk (3 Ingredients)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (whole milk works best)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Sweetener to taste (stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the cornstarch
    • In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 1/2 cup of cold milk until smooth.
  2. Heat the milk
    • Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan.
    • Add your sweetener and stir well.
  3. Thicken
    • Add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan.
    • Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Simmer
    • After it thickens, lower the heat and cook 5–8 minutes, stirring, until creamy and condensed.
  5. Cool
    • Remove from heat. It will thicken more as it cools.

Tips

  • For extra creaminess, blend for 10–15 seconds after cooking
  • Store in a closed jar in the fridge for up to 3 days
  • Use in coffee, desserts, or recipes that call for condensed milk

Optional flavor (still sugar-free)
