π Creamsicle Orange Fluff (Full Recipe)
Ingredients
- 1 box (3 oz / 85 g) orange gelatin (Jell-O)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 box (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tub (8 oz / 225 g) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 can (11 oz / 310 g) mandarin oranges, drained well
Instructions
- Dissolve the gelatin
- In a large bowl, pour the boiling water over the orange gelatin.
- Stir until completely dissolved.
- Cool it down
- Add the cold water and stir.
- Let sit for about 5 minutes (do not let it fully set).
- Add pudding mix
- Whisk in the dry vanilla pudding mix until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Fold gently
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until creamy and fluffy.
- Mix the extras
- Stir in marshmallows and drained mandarin oranges.
- Chill
- Refrigerate for 1β2 hours until set.
Serve
- Spoon into cups or bowls
- Optional garnish: orange zest or extra whipped topping
