My go-to cheap dinner,
feeds 2 for around $5!
Put cherry/grape tomatoes in a baking dish and coat with oil and seasonings of choice
(I use garlic salt,
onion powder, and pepper)
Move the tomatoes to the edges and dump a container of feta in the middle and drizzle it with oil
Préparation :
Bake at 400° for 40 minutes
Crush tomatoes and mix in pasta of choice (I usually prefer bow ties or penne but I used what it had on hand today)
So good and so creamy!
