Apple pie in 10 minutes

Ingredients

200 g sugar
120 g butter

Butter-free chocolate cake
120 ml milk
2 tsp baking powder
7 apples
280 g flour


Preparation

  1. First beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Then bring the butter to the boil with the milk and pour it into the egg-sugar mixture while it’s still hot (!). Now mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in.
  1. Next, quarter the apples (peel them if you like), remove the core and cut into slices.
  2. Now grease a baking tray and dust with flour. Then place the apple slices in rows and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon and spread the dough on top.
