Ingredients:

Dough:

• Filling:

◦ 2-3 apples, peeled and sliced

◦ 1 tablespoon cinnamon

• Cinnamon Sugar:

◦ 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

◦ 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare Dough:

◦ In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and sugar.

◦ Add cold butter and use a pastry blender or fingers to work into flour mixture until crumbly.

◦ Gradually add beaten egg, mixing until dough comes together.

◦ Divide dough into 8-10 equal pieces.

3. Prepare Filling:

4. Assemble Empanadas:
