Ingredients:

For the Chicken:
2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Wraps:
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese blend)
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup baby spinach or lettuce
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, sliced (optional)
¼ cup ranch dressing or garlic aioli (for drizzling)
Instructions:
Cook the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
Prepare the Wraps:
Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet for about 20 seconds to make them more pliable.
Lay out each tortilla and sprinkle a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese in the center.
Top with a handful of baby spinach or lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and avocado (if using).
Place the sliced garlic chicken strips on top of the veggies.
Assemble and Serve:
Drizzle ranch dressing or garlic aioli over the chicken for added flavor.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from one end to the other to form a wrap.
For a crispier wrap, you can toast the assembled wraps on a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Slice in half and serve immediately.
