Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition.
- Mix in the peanut butter, sour cream, and flour until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Allow the bars to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
