Ingredients:

For the Donuts:

500g all-purpose flour
100g granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
250 ml milk
50g unsalted butter, melted
Oil for frying
For the Strawberry Glaze:

200g fresh strawberries
100g powdered sugar
For the Vanilla Cream:

100g cream cheese, softened
50g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Crumble Topping:

50g all-purpose flour
30g brown sugar
25g cold butter, cubed
To Garnish:

Fresh strawberries, halved
Fresh mint leaves


Instructions:

Prepare the Donuts: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thick. Cut out donuts using a donut cutter.
Fry the Donuts: Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C). Fry the donuts in batches until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a cooling rack.
Make the Strawberry Glaze: Blend the strawberries until smooth. Strain to remove seeds, then mix with powdered sugar to form a glaze.
Prepare the Vanilla Cream: Whip the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
Make the Crumble Topping: Mix flour, brown sugar, and butter in a bowl until it forms coarse crumbs.
Bake the Crumble: Spread the crumble on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes, or until golden.
Assemble the Donuts: Dip each donut in strawberry glaze, top with a dollop of vanilla cream, sprinkle with crumble topping, and garnish with strawberry halves and mint leaves.
