250g chocolate biscuits
600g cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
400ml heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
200g dark chocolate, melted
1/4 cup chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs. πͺ£
In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add Bailey’s Irish Cream and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. π°
In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture. π₯
Layer half of the chocolate biscuit crumbs at the bottom of a trifle dish. Spoon half of the Bailey’s cheesecake mixture over the crumbs, then drizzle with melted dark chocolate. π«
Repeat the layers with the remaining biscuit crumbs and cheesecake mixture. π°
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to let the flavors meld. π
