For the Meatballs:
1 lb ground chicken
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
For the Creamy Dijon Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

π§ Step 1: In a bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.
π₯ Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until golden brown on all sides and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
π₯ Step 3: In the same skillet, melt butter. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute until lightly browned.
π² Step 4: Gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream. Add Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
