Ingredients 🛒
1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
For the Sauce:
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
For Garnish:
2 green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds (optional)

👉 Step 1: Toss the pork pieces with cornstarch, ensuring an even coating.
👉 Step 2: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork pieces and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
👉 Step 3: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
👉 Step 4: Return the pork pieces to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sticky sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
👉 Step 5: Serve over steamed rice or vegetables. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
