For the Garlic Butter Steak:

1/2 cup sour cream ๐ฆ
1/4 cup milk ๐ฅ

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese ๐ง
2-3 green onions, chopped ๐ง
Bacon bits (optional) ๐

For the Pasta Salad:
200g pasta (rotini or penne) ๐
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved ๐
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced ๐ง
1/4 cup cucumber, diced ๐ฅ
1/4 cup black olives, sliced ๐ซ
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled ๐ง
2 tbsp olive oil ๐ข๏ธ
1 tbsp red wine vinegar ๐ท
1 tsp dried oregano ๐ฟ
Salt and pepper, to taste ๐ง
Instructions:
- Make the Garlic Butter Steak:
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. ๐ข๏ธ๐ฅ
Season your steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side (for medium rare) or longer if you prefer it well done. ๐ฅฉ
During the last minute of cooking, add butter, garlic cloves, and fresh herbs to the pan. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the steaks. ๐ฝ๏ธ
Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes. ๐- Make the Loaded Mashed Potatoes:
Boil the peeled and chopped potatoes in a large pot of salted water for 12-15 minutes, or until tender. ๐ฅ๐ง
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, sour cream, milk, and mash until smooth. ๐ง๐ฅ๐ฆ
