Creamy Chicken Pasta with Velvety Sauce
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, sliced
3 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
Fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6-8 minutes.
Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute, then pour in cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in parmesan and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Serve with fresh parsley and extra parmesan
