Ingredients :
– 1 teaspoon of cumin
– 3 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1.5 kg pork shoulder
– 4 red onions
– 4 garlic cloves crushed
– 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
– 1 teaspoon of granulated black pepper
– 1 sprig of thyme
– 2 tablespoons of honey
– Sel

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 160°C.
2. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add the pork loin. Brown the meat on each side for about 5 minutes.
3. Place the red onions and crushed garlic in the saucepan and simmer until the onions begin to become translucent, about 3 minutes.
4. Add the honey and mix well. Then add the mustard seeds, cumin, seeded black pepper, and a branch of thyme. Salt at your convenience and mix carefully to coat meat and vegetables with spices.
5. Cover the pot with its lid and bake for 3 hours and 30 minutes. Remember to water the meat with its juice every hour to keep it very tender.
