Garlic Bread Sloppy Joes
Ingredients 🛒
For the Sloppy Joe Mixture:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Garlic Bread:
1 loaf French bread or 4 sub rolls, halved
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried parsley
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1️⃣ Prepare the Sloppy Joe Filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Bread:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley. Brush the mixture over the cut sides of the French bread or rolls.
3️⃣ Assemble the Garlic Bread Sloppy Joes:
Place the garlic bread on a baking sheet, cut-side up. Spoon the sloppy joe mixture evenly over each piece of bread. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the top.
4️⃣ Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5️⃣ Serve:
