Instructions:
1. Marinate the Shrimp:
• If using raw shrimp, chop and soak it in lime juice for 30–60 minutes in the fridge until opaque (cooked).
• If using cooked shrimp, let it soak in the lime juice for 15 minutes to absorb flavor.

• In a large bowl, combine the marinated shrimp (with lime juice), tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, cucumber, and cilantro.
3. Add Avocado & Season:
• Gently fold in diced avocado. Add salt, pepper, and ketchup (if using).
4. Chill:
• Let it sit in the fridge for 15–30 minutes for flavors to blend.
