
1 lb chicken breasts, cubed
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz pasta, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet, cooking until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, simmering until thickened.
Toss in cooked pasta and chicken bites, coating evenly.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
