250g chocolate biscuits
600g cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
400ml heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
200g dark chocolate, melted
1/4 cup chocolate shavings (for garnish)

🍫 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: 🥄
Crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs. 🪣
In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add Bailey’s Irish Cream and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. 🍰
In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture. 🥄
