• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced in half lengthwise)
• 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
• 1 cup green peas (optional)
• 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1½ cups heavy cream (or half-and-half)
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
• Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Sear the Chicken (Optional but recommended):
• In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear the chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden (do not cook through).
• Set aside.
3. Prepare the Cream Sauce:
• In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
• Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
• Simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
4. Assemble the Bake:
• In a greased baking dish, place the chicken breasts.
• Scatter asparagus and green peas around them.
• Pour the creamy sauce evenly over everything.
• Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
5. Bake:
• Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
6. Garnish and Serve:
• Top with chopped parsley and serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.
