Golden on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor!
π Ingredients:
- 2 chicken fillets (cut into strips)
- 3 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 2 tablespoons mixed spices (paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder)
For extra crispiness:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Optional (but recommended):
- 1/2 cup milk or buttermilk
- Oil for frying
π₯£ Preparation:
1. Prepare the Chicken
- Wash and cut the chicken into medium strips.
- Pat dry with paper towels (important for crispiness!).
2. Make the Marinade
- In a bowl, beat the eggs.
- Add garlic, spices, and milk (if using).
- Mix well, then add the chicken strips.
- Cover and let marinate for 30β60 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
π§ Coating Mix:
- In another bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
- Add a pinch of salt and paprika for extra flavor.
π Coating the Chicken:
- Take each marinated strip and coat it in the flour mixture.
- Press well so the coating sticks.
- For extra crunch, dip again in egg then flour (double coating π₯).
π³ Frying:
- Heat oil in a pan (medium heat).
- Fry chicken strips for 4β5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

- Fry in batches
- Keep oil temperature steady
