A fresh homemade juice packed with fruits and veggies that may support hydration, circulation, and overall wellness. Ingredients like beetroot, carrot, ginger, and lemon are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and natural plant compounds.  

✨ Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 lemons (peeled)
  • 2 beetroots
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 cup cold water (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

🥕 Instructions

  1. Wash all ingredients very well.
  2. Peel the beetroot, ginger, and lemons.
  3. Chop everything into small pieces.
  4. Add to a blender or juicer.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. If using a blender, strain through a fine sieve for a smoother juice.
  7. Serve fresh with ice.
