🌽 Creamy Cajun Corn Recipe
🛒 Ingredients
- 4 ears corn, cut into halves
(or 4 cups corn kernels) - 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
👩🍳 Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Corn
Boil the corn for about 5–7 minutes until tender.
Drain and set aside.
For extra flavor, lightly grill or pan-sear the corn until slightly charred.
Step 2: Make the Creamy Sauce
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add diced onion and cook until soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
Stir in garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3: Add the Cheese
Mix in:

- parmesan cheese
- Cajun seasoning

Step 4: Coat the Corn
Add the cooked corn into the skillet.
Spoon the creamy Cajun sauce all over the corn and let everything cook together for 2–3 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
