Ingredients:
– Mehl: 800 g
– Salt: 2 teaspoons.
– Sugar: 2 tablespoons.
– Dry yeast: 10 g
– Warm water: 500 ml
– Olive oil: 30 ml.

Preparation:
1. 800g of flour through a sieve seven to create a very soft dough.
2. Add 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 10 g of dry yeast.
3. Add 500 ml lukewarm water and 30 ml olive oil. Knead the dough until smooth.
4. Letting the dough rest in a warm place for 2 hours, until it doubled in volume.
5. Divide the dough into 2 parts, shape into balls and roll them out.
6. Roll up the dough, squeeze the edges together and let sit in a warm place another 30-40 minutes.
7. Coat with milk and olive oil before baking.
8. Bake at 200°C for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Letting it cool before serving.
